The following questions have come to Christina repeatedly throughout her years
channeling for the public. We hope the thoughtful answers will provide you with further
insight into your special relationship with the Divine.
What is reincarnation?
We look at the goal of life as reuniting with the ONE, God, the Creator, All That Is - any
name you wish to give the Higher Power. If this is true, then it stands to reason that the
process would encompass more than one lifetime in a physical body. From this thought
pattern the logic of reincarnation, multiple lives of the same Spirit, comes into being.
There are many books on the topic available today, and many who have spoken of their
memories of past lifetimes.
So, I have had more than one life before this one?
In all likelihood, yes. There are a few on the planet at this time who have a limited number
of past lives, but most of earth's inhabitants have been here for many lifetimes. Each
person typically has a long history of experience and this history is recorded energetically
within the cells, known as cellular memory, and also within the Akashic Records.
Your body remembers the pains, traumas and experiences of the past, whether this life or
another. We say that 95% of your experiences in this life are directly related to past life
experience. The energy is quite literally imprinted upon your cells. This is why the
Emotional Healing Exercise is so effective, it releases cellular memory. (Please see

The Akashic Records are the energetic recording of each soul's journey through time.
So you not only carry the information within your cellular matrix, it is also held outside
yourself, in another dimension. These records are available, only with your permission, to
advanced Light Workers.
Do animals have souls? I feel as if I have known my cat before.
Pets - dogs, cats, horses, and some other animals - have a special niche in the
reincarnational matrix. The simple answer is, yes - sometimes. And it is quite likely that
you may have known your cat before.

I think I saw a ghost shortly after my grandmother died. Could it have been
her?
There is a strong possibility that it was. Our loved ones often like to reassure us that they
made it to the Other Side, that they crossed over safely as John Edward would say.
Christina has heard countless stories of loved ones appearing at the side of a bed just as
someone is about to go to sleep. This happens to be a time when we let down the barriers
and walls of daily life enough so that the veil between worlds is thin. This allows those
beings from the Other Side to be more readily perceived, be they loved ones, angels,
deceased pets, spiritual guides, or more.
Often people will also catch glimpses of other worldly beings from the corner of the eye.
This is because there are not as many filters on perception in your peripheral vision. The
important thing is to remain open. If you discount these encounters they will cease to
happen. Even ghostly grandmas get tired of trying to break through the barriers we
create.
I sometimes feel something hovering around me and it scares me. What
can I do?
Call in the White Light of Christ Consciousness and trust it to protect you. If you still feel
a presence, even though you have surrounded yourself and the immediate area with
White Light, then consider that there may be more experiences waiting for you than you
have previously acknowledged. If you are still feeling energy, presences, around yourself,
then ask the angels, ask God or Jesus or Mary, to help you. In all likelihood you need to
spend some time exploring and expanding your spiritual gifts. As Christina likes to say, we
are all hard-wired with the same equipment, some of us are simply more familiar with it
through repeated use.

Everything in the world is made up of atoms, units of energy, and everything can be
reduced to mathematics - numbers. Numbers vibrate and have meaning and if a
particular number is showing up in your life there is a reason and a message for you.
