| THE ELEVATION TECHNIQUE |
This is the third technique that has come to Christina through her work with Spirit. By
simply following the procedure below your personal vibration will be elevated -- raised a
notch. As we raise our vibration we become more spiritually active, attuned and
joyous. It affects every area of our lives as beings of body/mind/spirit.
It is easy to use and may be employed as often as you wish, although overuse may lead
to dizziness, if you choose to use it perhaps five times in a row. It has helped people to
feel more connected to Spirit. It is our sincere hope that it will do the same for you.
1. Place either hand flat upon the solar plexus, above the navel.
2. Tap the center of the top of the head, about 3 inches in from the normal hairline, 3
times lightly with the fingers of the other hand, pause and tap 3 times again, until you
have tapped 30 times in all, or 10 groups of 3 with a pause in between.
That's all there is to it!
