| The DIGEST SAMPLE from Mother Mary |
The following exercise comes from our work with the Holy Mother. A digest sample is a
cross-section of many things. This is a way to access a digest sample of the Creator’s
love and abundance in your life, a small portion of all that is available to you as a part
of Divine Mind.
To begin this exercise, sit quietly, close your eyes and think of Mary, the representation
of The Divine Feminine Principal. You need not be overly fond of or devoted to the
Holy Mother for this technique to work. You need have no orientation toward Christianity
at all for this to be helpful in your life, only think of Mother Mary and begin the following
steps.
1. Blow out your breath, then begin to breathe slowly and evenly for a short while.
2. Hold out either hand, palm up, and ask for the Creator’s blessing to come to you.
You will feel your hand fill with the slight weight of immense Light.
3. As you become increasingly aware of this Light allow it to grow even larger in your
hand, then move it to any point in your body that needs more Love and Light. If you
are having issues with memory, move it to your head; emotional issues, move it to your
heart. If you have trouble digesting your food, move the Light to your stomach,
and so forth. Wherever you have a need, place this Light.
The best part is that you may refill your hand again and again. There is no limit on the
Creator’s Love and Light. No matter how many issues and challenges you have in your
life at this moment, God can help you to handle them all.
