ONGOING --
A SPIRITUAL GATHERING
Each Tuesday evening, from 7:30 to 9 via the phone and until
9:30 in person, I host a Spiritual Gathering. Anyone is welcome to join, no matter
their belief system. Our basic format is to begin with prayer then move into a
White Light meditation. Next I read a lesson that has been channeled from the
Holy Mother and she adds more words of wisdom to the topic.
The final phase is Healing to any who have a need. This part is often less
meaningful for those on the phone, however the energy of this time does
encompass all who listen. In person I often channel the Masters, the Saints, and
Mary for this phase, and lately I have been using the Crystal Bowls to facilitate
healing or just to help people recharge.
The Spiritual Gathering is offered on a 'Love Offering' basis, typically a donation
of $10 to $20 is given.

Most classes are now $25 and preregistration is required. Leave your phone
number and if there is a concern over the weather I will be able to reach you well

start promptly at the time indicated. The School will be open 15 minutes in
advance so plan to arrive early and get settled with a cup of tea, etc.
Just a note: We are now holding monthly Healing Share events as well as
offering an entire series of classes related to energy healing. There are several
classes in January, beginning with Your Energetic Anatomy and progressing
through the classes in Laying-On-Of-Hands. In the months ahead there will be
classes in lots of other aspects of this burgeoning field. We encourage you to
take advantage of as many classes as your schedule permits. Some classes are
even available through our scholarship plan.

Learn about the chi, chakras, colors in the aura, etheric energy and the entire
electromagnetic system and how it can best be supported for abundant life.
Joan Velardi has been studying and practicing meditation and healing for over 20
years with various teachers in both the USA and Europe. She is a practitioner of
IET (Integrated Energy Therapy) and Usui & Jikiden Reiki and a teacher with the
Modern Mystery School. She brings all of her education in both healing and
metaphysics into her work with people and animals.
CLASS: What's In A Name? Introduction to Handwriting Analysis
with Debbie Berk $25
Thursday, January 14th, 2010, 7:30 – 9:30 p.m.
Handwriting is a most powerful tool for understanding human behavior. Come
explore the nuances of your own penmanship and also learn how to build
character through your handwriting. Materials fee $10.
The class will be presented by certified Master Handwriting Analyst Debbie Berk,
M.A. in Applied Psychology, President of Signature Dynamics, Inc., and
consultant to corporations ranging from the Fortune 500 to Club Med for over 20
years. Debbie has lectured nationally on handwriting analysis and regularly
consults to companies on employee screening and promotion, team building and
executive coaching, all through handwriting.

Ongoing the Third Friday of each month - just as before.

The new owners of the Café, now dubbed Eleven on Main, have invited me to
join them once again for this much loved monthly event. Even though it is a great
girls night out, the guys are more than welcome. It is also a good place to bring
teens.
I start the evening with general questions and answers, we take a short break to
refill our cups and plates, and then continue with specific questions from each

EVENT: Kirtan – Music for the Spirit with Sharon Silverstein & the
Peace Project – $15
Sunday, January 17th 2010, 2 – 4 p.m.
Kirtan is a call and response repeating of simple mantras that can help people
experience freedom from the daily chatter of the mind. The instruments and
melody create a vibration meditation that can carry us effortlessly to stillness. No
musical experience is needed. Sharon will also share some of her original songs.
MONTHLY CLASS: Talking to Spirit – R & D – Project Atlantis $25
Thursday, January 21st, 2010, 7 – 9 p.m.
For those who need a safe environment in which to develop their innate skills and
tools such as dowsing, kinesiology, receiving, and clairaudience, etc., this class
will provide that opportunity. In this monthly class we will focus on using the skills
from prior classes to research the ancient history of Atlantis as a group
endeavor.

Laying on of Hands. Aura assessment, removal of trauma, density, and pain are
all taught in this first session dealing with physical ailments. Part I is a
prerequisite for Part II.

Scholarship Program
I have established a Scholarship Program for the Circle of Intention classes that I
teach. Classes and events presented by others are not included at this time. Any
standard class will be free to anyone who presents a log of four hours of
community service which does not accrue to any other program. The service that
is provided can be anything that is of benefit to others that is outside of each
person's normal obligations to family, etc.
