| The ACCELERATION TECHNIQUE |
This method of meditation, which some people use before rising or as they retire, will
accelerate the use of THE SYSTEM by tenfold.
1. Sit comfortably in a chair, place your feet on the floor and rest your hands gently
at your sides or on your lap, palms up.
2. Release any tension being held in your body. Relax your muscles beginning with
your feet, legs, torso, shoulders, arms, neck, and ending with your facial muscles,
especially those around the mouth and eyes.
3. Take three or four slow, deep breaths, allowing your body to relax more deeply.
Center your consciousness by bringing your attention to the area of your solar
plexus, the area between your navel and your heart.
4. Your Crown Chakra is an energy center at the top of your head, usually pictured
as a lotus blossom. Image this blossom unfurling to the Light of day.
5.Next, ask for the White Light of Christ Consciousness, of Divine Love, to fill your
being through this blossoming flower.
6. Imagine the Light coming into your physical body through the top of your head. If
you were looking into a mirror as the Light pours into your body, you would see your
head turn to brilliant White Light first. As the Light continues to fill you, you would be
able to see your arms, your hands and finger light up. Next your torso would fill with
Divine Light, then your legs, feet and toes, until you were a blinding beacon of Light.
7. Sit in this manner, residing in the Divine Light of Christ Consciousness for ten
minutes.
8. Give thanks to the Creator and allow the flower to close upon the top of your head.
